Case Study: Weybridge
Our drainage engineer, Darren, received a call about a blocked drain in Weybridge.
The customer was experiencing smells coming from an old drainage system and needed someone out quickly.
We advised that our engineer would be there within two hours, and the customer was very happy with that.
Once on site, it became clear that the inspection chamber lids were buried approximately 100 mm below the surface, covered with soil and 20 mm pea shingle.
A CCTV survey was carried out to determine the cause of the smells.
