Darren was called to a property in Silverwood Park after the customer reported that their septic tank system wasn’t working properly.

Once on site, he quickly found the problem. The internal float ball had become stuck, preventing the system from operating as it should. Fortunately, the float itself was still in good condition, so it was a case of freeing it up rather than replacing the whole unit.

As the tank was due for emptying, we called in one of our own ASL tankers to desludge the system. We then used high-pressure water jetting to clean the pipework and make sure everything was flowing correctly again.

Before leaving, we tested the system to confirm it was operating as it should. The customer was pleased to have everything back up and running and appreciated having the problem diagnosed and resolved in one visit.
