1. If your drain is found to be blocked with any of the following, then the guarantee will not be valid.
- Foreign objects. e.g. wet wipes, ear buds, sanitary products, kids toys, celery! (These are just a few examples of items we have previously found to be blocking drains, for an extensive list see our blog article '50 Items you should never put down your drain and why')
- Fat, grease and oil.
2. The FREE drain unblocking does not include tree root cutting or repair of the drains.
3. If any advisories or recommendations were given to repair the drain on our previous visit and they have not been carried out, then the guarantee will not be valid.
