Firstly, we would like to say that at ASL our considerations are for the well-being of you and your loved ones, and of course our teams of operatives.
If you experience any drainage problems during this pandemic, our office is open and our teams are carrying out the essential work of dealing with blocked drains and emergency work. A blocked drain is not only an inconvenience, but it is also a threat to our health and, in the worst-case scenario, can cause disease or rat infestation etc. if left unattended. They may also be associated with smells indicating the presence of a variety of gases, which can cause sickness and disorientation.
You can rest assured that if we visit your property to deal with your drainage situation, this will be a non-contact procedure. Our operatives will keep their distance according to government guidelines, i.e. at least 2 metres. They will leave you an invoice which you can pay by card using our freephone number, or you can pay directly into our bank account, the details of which will be provided. An official invoice/receipt will be sent to you via email or post, together with any recommendations that may be necessary to bring your drains back into tip-top condition.
