ASL Ltd - Training Commitment

At ASL, we are dedicated to ensuring all our employees receive the training needed to work safely and efficiently on-site. We value job satisfaction and offer ongoing training to support our engineers in their roles. By investing in our team, we ensure high standards of work, and a workforce that feels respected and appreciated.

Training We Provide:

CSCS

All our personnel hold CSCS cards. These courses are designed to enhance competence, reduce accidents, and improve on-site efficiency. Our engineers are trained to work safely and effectively in various entry-level construction roles.

H&S (Health & Safety)

We take Health and Safety seriously. Regular discussions and PPE checks ensure our team is equipped and protected. Our managers and supervisors are SMSTS or SSSTS qualified and conduct frequent site audits to maintain safety standards.

DBS

All engineers undergo DBS checks. As the face of ASL, it's essential our staff are thoroughly vetted to provide our customers with the confidence that our team is trustworthy and professional.

NRSWA

Many of our projects involve work on public highways, requiring NRSWA qualifications. Our engineers are fully trained to meet City & Guilds standards for working in compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act.

Shoring & Utilities

Our engineers are trained in safe excavation practices, including the use of Cat & Genny equipment to detect underground utilities. Excavations are shored properly to ensure site safety and stability during operations.
